Bishop Rogério Augusto das Neves (Brazil, São Paulo, 1966) holds a master’s degree in Canon Law from the Father Giuseppe Benito Pegoraro Institute of Canon Law in São Paulo, and a doctorate from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome. He was ordained a priest on 3 July 1999 and was incardinated in the diocese of São José dos Campos, where he served as pastor of Our Lady of Soledade.
A professor of Canon Law, he has taught at the Catholic Faculty of São José dos Campos and at the Salesian University Center and the Faculty of São Bento in São Paulo.
He was appointed titular bishop of Lares and auxiliary of São Paulo by Pope Francis on 3 March 2022 and was ordained to the episcopacy on 1 May of the same year.

Prof. Luigino Bruni (Italy, Ascoli Piceno, 1966) is an economist and historian of economic thought, with a particular interest in civil and social economy and the economy of communion. In addition, he is increasingly interested in ethics, biblical studies, and literature. He is full professor of political economy at LUMSA University in Rome and director of its doctoral program in the Sciences of Civil Economy. He is project coordinator of the Economy of Communion, Consultor of the Dicastery for the Laity, Scientific Director of the Economy of Francis, and promoter and co-founder of SEC (School of Civil Economy) in Figline and Incisa Valdarno. A columnist for Avvenire and editor-in-chief of the International Review of Economics, he is a lecturer and author of numerous books and articles. In 2022 he published The Gospel According to Mark with Paoline Editoriale Libri, Milan.

Sr. Ana Paula Ramalho, (Brazil, Pirajui, 1980) entered the Daughters of St. Paul in 2001 and made her first religious profession in 2006. She holds a licentiate in theology with a specialization in spirituality and is working toward a doctorate in the same field at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. She currently works in the International Secretariat for Spirituality of the Daughters of St. Paul and, together with the entire Pauline Family, collaborates in other initiatives intended to deepen understanding of the Pauline Charism.

Authority and participation in a synodal perspective
Sr. Nicoletta Vittoria (Nicla) Spezzati (Italy, Foggia, 1948) is a member of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC). She holds a master’s degree in Communication Sciences, from LUMSA in Rome. After graduating in literature from Sacred Heart Catholic University, Milan, she obtained a PhD in the Analysis of Religious Phenomena in Media Communication Cultures.
She has held various positions and services in her Institute, in the Italian Bishops’ Conference, in conferences of religious, in ecclesial bodies and in international congregations. From 2011 to 2018, she was Undersecretary of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. Sr Nicla will participate in the upcoming Synod on Synodality (4-29 October 2023). She is the author of numerous publications on topics in spirituality and formation.

A life that generates life: a renewed vision of the consecrated life
Sr. Salete Verônica dal Mago, (Brasile, Maravilha, 1968), delle Francescane di Nostra Signora Aparecida, ha conseguito il Master in Teologia Sistematica presso l’Università Cattolica di Rio Grande do Sul (2009) e, recentemente, la licenza e il dottorato in Teologia presso la Pontificia Università Antonianum di Roma. È stata superiora generale della sua congregazione e membro dell’équipe consultiva interdisciplinare della CRB (Conferenza dei Religiosi del Brasile). Sr Salete ha esperienza nell’area della teologia, con specializzazione in teologia sistematica, e lavora principalmente sui seguenti temi: spiritualità, missiologia, liturgia, metodologia pastorale, catechesi, vita consacrata.
